Werder Bremen's Aaron Hunt to decide future this month

Werder Bremen midfielder Aaron Hunt has said that he will decide on his future at the end of this month.

The 27-year-old, who is reportedly on the radars of Stoke City and Southampton, is out of contract at the German club in the summer.

"I'm exploring all options and will decide where I will be this month," The Mirror quotes him as saying.

Hunt has been at Bremen his entire career.
