"Watford FC confirms the permanent signing of on-loan midfielder Giorgi Chakvetadze," read a statement from the club.
"The 24-year-old Georgian first joined the Hornets on a season-long loan from Belgian club KAA Gent in August 2023.
"He has since made 26 appearances for the Golden Boys, scoring his first goal against Bristol City on Boxing Day."
