Quique Flores has declared that Watford are "not afraid" of any team as they prepare to take on Manchester United.
The Hornets have made a solid start on their return to the Premier League, having lost just four of their opening 12 fixtures to find themselves occupying a place in mid-table.
Flores has been pleased by what he has seen so far, particularly when it comes to his side's style of play, and he has urged his players to stick to the task at hand when United visit Vicarage Road on Saturday.
"The expectation is good for Watford, it means what we are doing is important for the rest of the people," the Daily Star quotes him as saying. "I don't want to change the perspective.
"We try to create a philosophy. It is important that nothing changes between Vicarage Road or Newcastle or Stoke's stadium. We are not afraid of anyone."
Watford follow up their weekend clash against the Red Devils with a trip to face strugglers Aston Villa before the month is out.
