Sunderland defender Nyron Nosworthy has joined Championship side Watford on loan until January.
The 31-year-old has struggled for football at the Stadium of Light over the last couple of years, making two loan moves to Sheffield United since 2010.
Nosworthy, who operates at centre-half but can also play at full-back, will wear squad number 33 for the Hornets.
Sean Dyche's side, who currently sit 22nd in the Championship, host Peterborough United on Saturday.
