Jak McCourt joins Torquay United on loan

Jak McCourt joins Torquay United on loan.

Torquay United have confirmed the loan signing of Leicester City midfielder Jak McCourt on an initial one-month loan deal.

The club said that the signing, which will go through pending paperwork, adds depth to the middle as Ben Harding will be missing through injury.

The club said in a statement: "On the completion of all necessary paperwork, Jak will go straight into the United squad for tomorrow's trip to Wycombe and will wear the number 17 shirt."

Torquay are currently 21st in League Two.
