Half-Time Report: Torquay United leading against Bury

League Two bottom side Torquay United have taken a 1-0 half-time lead against Bury in their match at Plainmoor this evening. The hosts opened the scoring in the eight minute when Lee Mansell met Dale Tonge's cross to nod home from close range.

Bury threatened with a chance of their own soon after, as Danny Mayor's powerful strike from range was saved by Martin Rice.

Daniel Nardiello was the next to try his luck for Bury, but saw his low drive held by the keeper, with the visitors going into the break behind.
