Brendan Rodgers thinks that "three or four" new players can bolster the Swansea City side for next season.

Swansea City manager Brendan Rodgers has admitted that the club will be targeting "three or four" new players in the summer transfer window.

The 39-year-old, who signed a new deal at the Liberty Stadium last month, believes that the Swans can be boosted with some new additions.

"I had a chat with the chairman on Wednesday and we know we are going to have to invest in three or four players in the summer to keep the club moving forward," the Express quotes Rodgers as saying.

The former Championship side currently sit 11th in the Premier League table.
