Swansea City's Jack Cork has said that he has no regrets over his move to the Liberty Stadium from Southampton.
The midfielder, who is said to be in line for an England call-up, is set to face his former team later today, and has told reporters how his January deadline-day move to Swansea was a strange experience.
"I had barely met anyone from Swansea and I still felt like Southampton were my club because I had literally only been to Swansea to sign all the paperwork and then I had gone back to start packing things up for the move," said Cork.
"I was sat in a box in there with the wives and the families of the Southampton lads; it was a very strange feeling and I almost didn't know how to react when Jonjo hit the winner. It was weird.
"But I didn't have any regrets and I certainly don't now. It was a tough decision to leave, a hard period in my career, but I made the right decision in the end and I have loved every minute of my time here."
Cork made over 150 appearances for Southampton over a four-year period, and has started five of Swansea's six Premier League games this season.
