Sunderland are reportedly poised to sign Czech full-back Ondrej Celustka on a season-long loan from Turkish side Trabzonspor.
The 24-year-old has also been linked with moves to Crystal Palace and Antalyaspor but Sky Sports News report that the Black Cats have won the race for his signature.
Celustka - a former Czech Under-21 international - joined Trabzonspor from Slavia Prague two years ago after an unsuccessful spell in Serie A with Palermo.
He is expected to become Paolo di Canio's ninth summer signing.
