Stuttgart defender Antonio Rudiger not thinking about transfer speculation

Stuttgart defender Antonio Rudiger has insisted that he is not concerned by speculation linking him with a move to the Premier League.

Both Newcastle United and West Ham United are thought to be keen on signing the 21-year-old German international this summer.

However, Rudiger is eager to stress that his immediate focus remains with Stuttgart and the upcoming Bundesliga campaign.

"It's fine to find out other clubs are interested in me, but my full focus is on Stuttgart," he told Bild.

"I am under contract until June 2017 with the club and I do not force a move at this point in time. Of course, you never know in football. Still, I am just focused on my job and the new season."

Rudiger has won one cap for the German national team.
