St Mirren sign Eric Djemba-Djemba

St Mirren have signed former Manchester United midfielder Eric Djemba-Djemba on a free transfer.

The 32-year-old joins the Scottish Premiership club until the end of the season, subject to international clearance.

The Cameroon international had been playing for Serbian side Partizan until his contract was terminated at the end of December.

Djemba-Djemba won the FA Cup with Manchester United in 2004 before spells with Aston Villa and Burnley. Since then, he has played in Qatar, Denmark and Israel.
