Villarreal show Sandro interest

Villarreal are apparently chasing Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Sandro.

The Spanish side has made preliminary enquiries with the Brazilian international’s agents with a view to a £12m deal, according to The Mirror.

Harry Redknapp brought Sandro to Spurs last year for £8m. He saw little action in the first half of the season, making 19 league appearances during the campaign.

Roma have also shown an interest in the player, considering a swap for their striker Mirko Vucinic.
