Report: Hull City close to Michael Dawson deal

Hull City have reportedly closed in on a deal for Tottenham Hotspur defender Michael Dawson.

The 30-year-old has been linked with a move to the Tigers throughout the summer, but the deal was thought to have stalled last month.

However, Sky Sports News reports that Dawson will be allowed to leave White Hart Lane if Spurs complete the signing of Federico Fazio from Sevilla.

Dawson is heading into the final year of his contract with Tottenham.
