Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola confirms that Bernardo Silva wants to leave the Etihad Stadium this summer.

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has revealed that Bernardo Silva is one of "two or three players" looking to leave the Etihad Stadium during this summer's transfer window.

The Citizens completed the signing of Jack Grealish from Aston Villa on Thursday night, and the £100m deal is expected to see some first-team players move on before the deadline.

Bernardo has been strongly linked with a move to Atletico Madrid, and Guardiola has now confirmed that the Portugal international is looking to move on in the current market.

"Bernardo Silva wants to leave. There are two or three players who want to go. When they bring some offer and they want to leave, we are open to discuss... but it depends on them," Guardiola told reporters.

The Spaniard has also revealed that his club want to sign Harry Kane from Tottenham Hotspur but has suggested that it will be difficult to negotiate a transfer fee with the North London club.

Man City have also been strongly linked with Lionel Messi since the news of his departure from Barcelona, but Guardiola has all but ruled out a move for the Argentine following Grealish's arrival.
