Contract talks have been opened between Tottenham Hotspur and Hugo Lloris recently, according to reports.
The goalkeeper has spent nine years with the club and he is now looking to extend that stay with the Spurs captain hoping to continue his time in London.
His contract is currently set to expire at the end of the season, meaning he would be available for free in the summer if they are not able to come to an agreement on an extension.
However, Football Insider have reported that the Frenchman is keen to sign another contract that would keep him with the club into his 30's and talks have started, but not over a long-term deal.
Lloris is settled in England's capital with his children happily in school, which is something that he does not want to change.
Throughout his career, the goalkeeper has made 388 appearances for Tottenham Hotspur, which includes playing every Premier League game so far this season.
