Michael Dawson stretchered off for Spurs

Tottenham Hotspur's Michael Dawson has been stretchered off only seven minutes into his side's FA Cup fifth-round replay against Stevenage at White Hart Lane.

The defender fell awkwardly when he challenged for an aerial ball with Chris Beardsley.

Medical staff attended to Dawson for a number of minutes before he was stretchered off.

Kyle Walker came on as a replacement with Spurs trailing 1-0 thanks to Joel Byrom's penalty after four minutes.
