Southampton recall Jay Rodriguez and Kelvin Davis to their starting lineup to face an unchanged Reading side.

Southampton manager Nigel Adkins has recalled Jay Rodriguez to the starting lineup for the Saints' match against Reading this afternoon.

Rodrgiuez replaces Gaston Ramirez in the starting XI as one of two changes from the side that lost 1-0 to Liverpool last weekend. Goalkeeper Kelvin Davis also returns to the side in place of Paulo Gazzaniga.

Reading, meanwhile, have decided to make no changes to the side that lost 4-3 to Manchester United last week, although academy graduate striker Dominic Samuel wins a place on the bench.
