Southampton have reportedly set their sights on Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Adam Hammill.
The 24-year-old winger, who is currently on loan at Championship side Middlesbrough, is believed to have been offered a way out of the Premier League, who are in danger of getting relegated at the end of the season.
It is believed that the Saints are prepared to sign the former Liverpool player if Wolves succumb to the drop and Southampton reach promotion to the top flight, according to the Daily Star.
Hammill moved to Molineux from Barnsley last year.
