Lille are reportedly ready to replace Eden Hazard with Sochaux midfielder Marvin Martin.
Hazard is expected to leave the French club at the end of the season after interest from a number of top European clubs.
Martin, 23, is now thought to be in advanced talks with Lille over a summer move, according to L'Equipe.
Arsenal and Valencia have both been linked with moves for the French international.
