Team News: Lorenzo Insigne starts for Napoli against Siena

Lorenzo Insigne has been drafted into the Napoli starting lineup against Siena away from home in Serie A this afternoon.

The Italian forward will partner Edinson Cavani in attack, while Hugo Campagnaro has replaced the suspended Paolo Cannavaro in defence.
