Amado leaves Sheffield Wednesday for Estoril

Sheffield Wednesday midfielder Diogo Amado has left to join Portuguese side Estoril after being at the club for just a month-and-a-half.

Amada joined Wednesday on July 10 but reportedly failed to settle at the club and has now returned to his home country.

Amada joins the club immediately for an undisclosed fee, having failed to make a single appearance for Wednesday since signing for the club.

Amado was on loan at Estoril in the 2011-12 season, when he made 20 league appearances.
