Gerard Deulofeu pleased with Sevilla chance

Spanish attacker Gerard Deulofeu has revealed that he is relishing his loan spell at Sevilla.

The 20-year-old spent last season on loan at Everton from parent club Barcelona, but had been expected to represent the Catalan outfit this term.

Barca again sent Deulofeu on loan in the summer, however, and the Spaniard has shone at the Estadio Ramon.

"I need these minutes and to keep getting more to continue demonstrating what I can do here. I'm happy. Whatever is good for the team works for me," he told reporters.

"I believe I have to play more and show the manager that I'm here and eager to finish the season on a good note. I'm available and I go out there to give it my all."

Deulofeu has provided eight assists in 21 games for Sevilla this season, in addition to scoring three times.
