Dani Alves hails Sevilla as "great rivals"

Dani Alves has hailed Sevilla as "great rivals" following Barcelona's 2-1 win at Camp Nou on Saturday.

The home side came from a goal down to rescue the points and the defender has said that Sevilla proved themselves to be top-class opposition.

"They are not just any team, they are great rivals and have a lot of quality," the Brazilian told Mundo Deportivo.

"Sevilla forced us to work hard to win the three points. It was a strange match, especially because of how cold it was, but in the end we managed to win."

The Catalan giants are currently top of La Liga.
