Scunthorpe United bring in goalkeeper Joe Anyon

Scunthorpe United have signed goalkeeper Joe Anyon on a deal until the end of the season.

Anyon, 28, had been without a club following his release by Shrewsbury Town last summer.

The Iron were in need of a shot-stopper after Sam Slocombe and James Severn both suffered broken arms during the team's 2-0 defeat to Bristol City on January 17.

Mark Robins's side continue their League One campaign on Tuesday when they host MK Dons.
