Kenny Miller out of Liechtenstein qualifier

Miller misses out against Liechtenstein

Scotland boss Craig Levein has revealed that striker Kenny Miller will not be risked in their Euro 2012 qualifier against Liechtenstein on Saturday.

The Cardiff City forward has edged his way back towards fitness, but Levein has said that he will not feature in Vaduz.

Captain Darren Fletcher will also miss the match with tonsillitis, but may play in Tuesday's encounter with world champions Spain.

"[Miller] will train on Friday, but I won't take a chance," said Levein.

Scotland still have a slim hope of reaching next year's finals, but they will have to win both of their upcoming games to keep their qualification dreams alive.
