Team News: Duvan Zapata leads Napoli attack

Napoli have named Duvan Zapata in their starting lineup for this afternoon's Serie A match against Sampdoria.

The 23-year-old is chosen to lead the attack, with Gonzalo Higuain ruled out through injury.

Lorenzo Insigne and Jorginho both return to the midfield, while Christian Maggio and Anthony Reveillere come into the defence.

Meanwhile, Sampdoria name a front three of Maxi Lopez, Roberto Soriano and Eder, but they are without the suspended Stefano Okaka.
