Jim McIntyre named Ross County manager

Ross County confirm the appointment of Jim McIntyre as the new manager of the Scottish Premiership club.

Ross County have confirmed the appointment of Jim McIntyre as the club's new manager.

The 42-year-old recently resigned from his role at Queen of the South in order to take over at the Global Energy Stadium.

McIntyre succeeds Derek Adams, who was sacked by the Scottish Premiership club at the end of last month.

Ross County are currently at the bottom of the table after losing all five of their games so far this season.
