Bojan Krkic reiterates desire to stay at Romas

Roma striker Bojan Krkic has reiterated that he wants to remain in Italy, despite reports linking the forward with a switch away from the club.

The 21-year-old has been touted as a possible transfer target for Liverpool as well as a host of clubs in the Bundesliga.

"I will remain at Roma because I believe it is the best option for me," Krkic told Corriere dello Sport. "I am very happy and satisfied with my first year in Italy.

"I think next season will be the most important year of my career and I want to do my best in the Italian league."

Krkic left Barcelona last year after failing to break into the first team.
