Preview: Roma vs. Parma

Sports Mole previews this weekend's Serie A clash between Roma and Parma.

Roma can close the gap on Serie A leaders Juventus to three points when they face Parma at the Stadio Olimpico on Sunday.

Rudi Garcia's men have responded well following their first defeat of the season against Juventus, by winning their past five games in all competitions.

Their good league form has continued into the Coppa Italia, where they will face Napoli in the semi-finals on February 5.

Parma will travel to Rome full of confidence, having won their past four league games.

They are unbeaten in 10 Serie A fixtures and have climbed up to seventh in the table, just one point behind fifth-placed Inter Milan.

Goals from Alessandro Florenzi, Francesco Totti and Kevin Strootman helped Roma to a 3-1 win when the two sides met earlier this season.

Roma's Radja Nainggolan and Felipe of Parma will both miss this weekend's fixture through suspension.
