Francesco Totti: 'It is too early to think about retirement'

Totti not thinking about retirement

Roma forward Francesco Totti has dismissed suggestions that he has already made up his mind when to retire from football.

The 36-year-old has less than two years remaining on his current contract, which runs out in June 2014.

"For me, it's just football," he told TV Sorrisi e Canzoni. "I always think about the next game.

"Maybe when I retire, I will figure something out to warmly greet everyone for their support, but now it is too early to think about it."

Totti has been with Roma all his career and has featured in over 500 league games for the Italian club.
