Five goals from Jordan Rhodes give Huddersfield Town a 6-0 win at Wycombe Wanderers.

The in-form Jordan Rhodes helped himself to five goals as Huddersfield Town beat Wycombe Wanderers 6-0 at Adams Park this evening.

Oscar Gobern gave the visitors an early lead when his header found the net following Gary Roberts' corner.

It was 2-0 nine minutes later when Rhodes volleyed in Jack Hunt's cross from close range.

Rhodes gave his side a 3-0 half-time lead when his surging run ended with a neat finish from a tight angle.

The striker completed his hattrick five minutes after the restart when he slotted in the rebound after his initial effort was saved.

Rhodes wasn't finished there as he netted his fourth goal of the match on the hour before he converted Danny Ward's cross to make it 6-0.

The win has lifted Lee Clark's side up to third in the League One table.
