Jose Pozo fired the hosts into a 15th-minute lead, but it was all square at the break as Andrea Schiavone curled in his free kick.
Hordur Magnusson scored a similarly-crafted free kick just after the hour to put Juve in front before Leonardo Bonatini slotted in to make it 3-1.
City pulled one back through Marcos Lopes's powerful effort, but the Blues were unable to snatch an equaliser.
