Clark: 'Bosnia will be tough opponents'

Republic of Ireland defender Ciaran Clark has insisted that the team are taking nothing for granted ahead of the second leg of their Euro 2016 playoff tie with Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Martin O'Neill's side head into this evening's clash at the Aviva Stadium off the back of a 1-1 draw in the first leg in Bosnia on Friday.

Clark has admitted that it would be a great achievement to reach next summer's finals in France.

"It would be a massive honour for myself and all the lads to get there, but there's still a job to be done here and it will be a tough task," the Aston Villa man told UTV.

"We managed to keep them fairly quiet for the most part of the game, but we were disappointed when we conceded. It's something we've looked at and hopefully we can put that right."

Ireland qualified for Euro 2012 via the playoffs after overcoming Estonia over two legs.
