FIFA to commemorate Alfredo Di Stefano with minute's silence in Sao Paulo

FIFA announces that there will be a minute's silence in memory of Alfredo Di Stefano at tonight's Argentina-Netherlands World Cup semi-final.

There will be a minute's silence at this evening's World Cup semi-final between Argentina and Netherlands to remember football great Alfredo Di Stefano.

The Argentine-born Real Madrid legend, widely considered one of the greatest ever players, died on Monday afternoon in the Spanish capital at the age of 88 after suffering a heart attack over the weekend.

Argentina's players will also wear black armbands during tonight's game in Sao Paulo.
