Real Betis, Sevilla 'eye Marcos Llorente'

Real Betis and Sevilla will go head to head for the signature of Real Madrid midfielder Marcos Llorente this summer, according to a report.

Real Betis and Sevilla will reportedly go head to head for the signature of Real Madrid midfielder Marcos Llorente in this summer's transfer window.

Llorente, 23, returned to the Bernabeu last summer following an impressive season on loan at Alaves.

The Spaniard made 20 appearances in all competitions for Los Blancos last term, but just 13 of those came in La Liga.

According to AS, Madrid are prepared to sell Llorente this summer as long as the deal includes a buy-back clause, and Betis and Sevilla will battle for the midfielder's services.

Llorente, who could be available for £10m, has a contract with the European champions until the end of the 2020-21 campaign.
