Real Madrid have reportedly decided to include a release clause of £442m in any new deal for midfielder Marco Asensio.
The 21-year-old has quickly emerged as one of Real's star men and while three years still remain on the playmaker's contract, only a moderate release clause is included in the Spaniard's deal.
Such terms led to clubs being linked with Asensio's signature during the summer transfer window but according to AS, Real are ready to remove any doubt over the player's future.
It has been claimed that a world-record buy-out fee of £442m will be included in a new deal, which is expected to be penned at some stage next week.
Asensio has contributed two goals and one assist in his six La Liga outings this season.
