Galatasaray midfielder Wesley Sneijder has warned his former club Real Madrid against underestimating them in the Champions League quarter-finals.
The Dutchman says that he caught up with Los Blancos coach Jose Mourinho, with whom he worked at Inter Milan, when the Portuguese travelled to Turkey to watch Galatasaray's 3-1 win at Kayserispor in the Turkish Lig on Sunday.
"It was great to see Mourinho again," he told Marca. "We have had some good times together, like winning the Champions League final against Bayern Munich.
"I have not had a chance to see him for a long time, and I am happy to have done so now. I gave him a message: watch out for Galatasaray."
Madrid have reached the semi-finals of the Champions League in each of the past two seasons.
