Real Madrid will be bidding to make it four straight wins in all competitions when they travel to RB Leipzig in the Champions League on Tuesday night.

Carlo Ancelotti's side recorded a 3-1 victory over Sevilla in La Liga on Saturday, with the result taking them six points clear of second-placed Barcelona in the table.

Real Madrid have already qualified for the last-16 stage of the Champions League, but they are looking to top Group F ahead of Leipzig, who are second in the section on six points.

Dani Ceballos will again be unavailable for selection on Tuesday due to a hamstring problem, but he is expected to be back before the break for the World Cup.


Mariano Diaz

Status: Out Type of injury: Knock Possible return date: Unknown

Mariano Diaz was left out against Elche and Sevilla due to a knock, and the centre-forward will again miss out against Leipzig in the Champions League.


Karim Benzema

Status: Out Type of injury: Muscle Possible return date: October 30 (vs. Girona)

Karim Benzema was absent against Sevilla due to muscular fatigue, and the Frenchman is also out of this match, potentially returning against Girona next weekend.


Luka Modric

Luka Modric has not made the trip to Germany for this contest, with the Croatia international not being risked due to a slight adductor issue.


Federico Valverde
