Leeds United 0-1 Reading

Simon Church scored the only goal of the game as Reading beat Leeds United at Elland Road this afternoon.

Royals midfielder Jem Karacan crossed the ball over the entire Leeds back line in the early stages, allowing Church to lob Peacocks keeper Lonergan and put his ahead inside two minutes.

Leeds defender Paul Connolly came closest for the home side in the second half, but couldn't beat Federici to find the back of the net.

The result pushes Reading into seventh place in the Championship and within two points of sixth-placed Leeds.
