Rayo Vallecano 6-0 Osasuna

Osasuna's slim European hopes have been dealt a blow with an emphatic 6-0 defeat at Rayo Vallecano.

The hosts took the lead after only five minutes thanks to Jose Movilla's strike.

Michu then netted twice in quick succession to put Vallecano 3-0 up on 28 minutes.

It got worse for the visitors before the break as Diego Costa put his team out of sight on 40 minutes.

It was 5-0 on the hour when Emiliano Armenteros fired in, before Tito completed the rout with 10 minutes to play.
