Luke Young: 'QPR can't sell Adel Taarabt'

Queens Park Rangers defender Luke Young has urged manager Neil Warnock not to sell midfielder Adel Taarabt.

Warnock recently revealed that he was looking to offload the controversial Moroccan during the January transfer window.

However, Young believes that recent performances should warrant a re-think on the manager's part.

"I'm not overly sure of the situation with Adel," said Young. "There is a lot of talk of other clubs coming in for him and that we are happy to let him go.

"But if he can perform like he did against Swansea, we would be mad to let him go."

Taarabt moved to Loftus Road from Tottenham Hotspur in August 2010.
