Lassana Diarra to seal Queens Park Rangers move after Lokomotiv Moscow sacking?

Report: Diarra to seal QPR move

Former Arsenal and Chelsea midfielder Lassana Diarra is reportedly poised to move to Queens Park Rangers next week after being sacked by Lokomotiv Moscow.

The 29-year-old has seen his contract terminated in the Russian capital after refusing to train following a spat with coach Leonid Kuchuk.

Diarra is now a free agent and Harry Redknapp, who signed him for Portsmouth back in 2008, will team up with him once more at Loftus Road, according to The Daily Mail.

However, it is believed that the Frenchman would have to lower his £80,000-per-week wage demands in order to seal a move to the Hoops.

Diarra signed for Arsenal back in 2007 following a two-year stint with the Chelsea, but lasted just six months with the Gunners before being snapped up by Redknapp at Pompey.
