Karl Henry calls for Queens Park Rangers response

QPR midfielder Karl Henry urges his teammates to get back to winning ways on Wednesday when they travel to Wigan Athletic in the Championship.

Karl Henry has called on his Queens Park Rangers teammates to get back to winning ways when they travel to Wigan Athletic in the Championship on Wednesday.

The R's suffered their first defeat of the season on Saturday with a 2-0 loss at leaders Burnley.

Despite that setback, Henry is confident that QPR can pick up a positive result at the DW Stadium.

"We've got to bounce back now," he told the club's official website. "Luckily for us we've got another game on Wednesday and that will be the perfect time to put the wrongs of Saturday's performance to right.

"They're another good side, but we'll head there full of confidence. Our heads won't be down for long. We'll pick ourselves up and go again on Wednesday night."

Saturday's defeat saw QPR slip down to third place in the Championship table.
