Joey Barton hits out at Radio 1 DJ Chris Moyles

Queens Park Rangers captain Joey Barton has launched a verbal attack on Radio 1 DJ Chris Moyles.

The midfielder took to Twitter to reveal his discontent at Moyles's choice of music during his morning show on the UK's main station.

"........21 seconds by Romeo Dunn? #handoverface, on Britain's major station at 9.28am? That twerp Moyles wants kicking right in the bollocks," Barton tweeted.

"Is this fellow the best British licence payers money can get, has he not over stayed his welcome?"

The former Newcastle United player has been known to make his opinion heard on the social networking site. Barton was recently blasted by the Magpies hierarchy for slamming the club's bonus scheme.
