Tottenham target Memphis Depay signs new four-year deal with PSV Eindhoven

Tottenham Hotspur have lost out on signing Memphis Depay from PSV Eindhoven after the winger signed a new deal with the Dutch club.

The North London outfit were reported to have sealed a £10m deal for the player at the start of this month.

However, the Dutch club have announced that the 20-year-old has put pen to paper on a new four-year contract.

Depay found the back of the net 12 times for the club last season.
