Joe Garner pens Preston North End contract extension

Preston North End striker Joe Garner has signed a new contract with the League One club until June 2016.

The 26-year-old joined Preston from Watford in summer 2013 before going on to score 24 goals last season.

Garner has already scored three times during the current campaign, taking his overall tally to 27 goals in 62 games for Simon Grayson's side.

Preston are back in league action on Saturday when they welcome Oldham Athletic to Deepdale.
