Portsmouth scored a 94th minute winner as they defeated Blackpool 1-0 at Fratton Park.

The defeat was the Seasiders' first away defeat of the season.

A draw seemed the only likely outcome as neither goalkeeper was particularly worked in a game of few chances.

But the home side snatched all three points with virtually the last kick of the game.

A Greg Halford long throw caused chaos in the Blackpool area before Norwegian Eric Huseklepp turned and fired an effort into the top corner.

Pompey move up five places to 14th while Blackpool drop one spot to eighth place.
