Plymouth Argyle release Nick Chadwick

Plymouth Argyle have released experienced forward Nick Chadwick from his contract.

The 31-year-old initially represented Argyle between 2005 and 2008, before returning in 2011, but has recently been on loan at Tamworth.

Chadwick started his career at Everton, but made just 14 first-team appearances before moving to Home Park.

"Everyone at Home Park thanks Nick for his considerable contribution to the Green cause and wishes him well for the remainder of his career," a club statement read.

Chadwick departs having made 137 appearances for the club.
