Amauri joins Parma

Italian striker Amauri has completed a move to Parma after the expiration of his short-term contract with Fiorentina.

A statement on the club's website has confirmed the capture of the 32-year-old, who spent a successful loan spell with the Serie A club in 2011.

"Welcome back, Ama. Parma FC announced today that it has completed an agreement with the Brazilian striker Amauri, who returns to wear the shirt after the crucial contribution he made during the 2010-11 season," the statement read.

Amauri has one international cap to his name.
