Fabrizio Miccoli agrees Lecce move

Former Palermo forward Fabrizio Miccoli has agreed terms with Serie A outfit Lecce.

The 34-year-old had been without a club since leaving Palermo at the end of last season following their relegation to Italy's second division.

Melbourne Victory had been strongly linked with a move for the striker, but Lecce have now secured his services for the new campaign.

The experienced Italian made 10 appearances for his country between 2003 and 2004.
